Legal Use Of Designs
The following is a legal agreement between you and Ladybug Creations,
which governs the use of non-watermarked images (designs) downloaded or
presented in disc format. By obtaining any design, you agree to be
bound by the terms of this Agreement automatically, without any other
conditions or declarations.
All
designs offered on this web site are copyrighted and they are the
properties of Ladybug Creations. All rights are reserved unless
otherwise granted to you. Your rights to use the designs are subject to
this agreement and the restrictions specified as given.
- You may use to decorate a surface, your home, office, gift or to sell a finished piece for profit.
- You may use for a charity to raise funds or as a donation to the cause.
- You can NOT reproduce, sell or redistribute the designs in print, digital format or multimedia without written permission.
- You can NOT use the designs on internet stationary, brochures, fliers, business cards or letterheads without permission.
- You can NOT use for creating printed reproductions YOU intend to sell or teach.
- Can
NOT be used for t-shirts, postcards, mouse pads, mugs or on any similar
mass produced items that would contain the design in a dominant way.
- You
acknowledge that by your purchase the ownership of the design does not
transfer to YOU and you must not claim that it is yours.
- You may place your signature on any design that you have hand painted.
- You do NOT need to give acknowledgment or a credit statement of the artist when displaying or selling your works of art.
- Permission
is granted often for use of designs for organizations, teaching, and
business, but does require permission (e-mail) prior to being used in
written form.
Ladybug Creations is not liable to you or any other person or entity for any general, punitive, special, indirect,
consequential or incidental damages, or lost profits from the designs presented on this web site.
